I am new to Kingston and I really had to look around for a good place to take my car. I found these guys and really took a chance because I’ve had really bad experiences in the past before with mechanics. Charging me for things I didn’t need and charging me for something i needed then finding out it actually wasn’t done. So after a week of looking I decided to use Paul’s Auto Service and let me tell you it was the best decision I’ve ever made. This is the first time in 20 years of driving that I can honestly say that I’m 100% happy and satisfied. They worked with me to get the best deal and Thier customer service was amazing. Heard of Paul through a friend of my daughter, came to re/re daughters tires for winter, as we were visiting from out of town , our vehicle was making a terrible noise, without hesitation,Paul jumped in the vehicle and diagnosed the issue right away!!! And fixed the issue right away at a very reasonable price.! If I were living in Kingston, this would be the shop !!

I was referred to Paul’s Auto and I had my vehicle in today for three different issues. I don’t often post my comments as I am busy, old and a bit crusty but I have to in this case. I will never go to any other shop again. Excellent honest service, great communication and fair pricing. To make my point, one of my issues was an engine light on and I drive a BMW. I was expecting somewhere between $500 and everything I own. Both of those numbers are too high. Fair and honest…and good…that is hard to find these days. Anyone that knows me knows that I don’t often say this. Great business.
